About Me

I’m Kishore Kumar, a technology and delivery professional with extensive experience in IT, project delivery, technology leadership, people management, and career development.

Over the years, I have worked with diverse teams and stakeholders across geographies, including 2 years of professional experience in Canada, giving me valuable exposure to global work environments and industry expectations.

Today, through Bodhika Consultancy, I’m bringing that real-world experience into Career Counselling and Guidance to help students, graduates, working professionals, and parents make better-informed career decisions.

I believe career counselling should go beyond simply suggesting a course or profession. It should help an individual understand their strengths, interests, skills, opportunities, industry expectations, and the right path to reach their goals.

My approach is practical and personalized — helping individuals answer important questions such as:

• What career path is right for me?

• Which course or skill should I choose?

• What are the career opportunities in this field?

• What skills do companies actually expect?

• How can I prepare for future opportunities?

• How can I make a confident career decision?

At Bodhika Consultancy, my goal is simple:

To bring clarity to career decisions, connect learning with real-world opportunities, and help individuals build a future with confidence.

Your Career. Your Potential. Your Future. Let's Build It with Clarity.
