## My Career Journey

My professional journey began in the field of **Computer Education**, where I worked as an **Assistant Manager at BDPS Computer Education Centre**. During this period, I developed expertise in student mentoring, business development, training management, and educational administration. This experience laid the foundation for my lifelong passion for career counselling and skill development. 

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, I later established **Radha Informatics**, providing IT-enabled services, software solutions, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity consulting to businesses. Working closely with organizations helped me understand the real skills industries expect from graduates. 

In **2011**, I founded **C-Family Institute of Technology** with a vision to bridge the gap between education and employment. Over the years, the institute has evolved into a platform that not only provides technical training but also empowers students with career planning, industry exposure, communication skills, and professional development. 

Recognizing the growing need for innovation and entrepreneurship, I also founded the **Swadesi Group**, a social e-commerce initiative that combines education, technology, media, and business opportunities under one ecosystem. This experience further strengthened my understanding of business leadership, digital transformation, and future career trends.
