Sukla Ray Chaudhuri brings nearly twenty years of experience in education to her practice as a Career Counsellor, with a career built on a deep and enduring commitment to guiding young people through pivotal decisions.

She began her professional journey as an English teacher for students in grades 11 and 12, followed by a role as a corporate English language trainer at VETA, a national training organisation. Her career then progressed into early childhood education, where she served first as a teacher and later as Centre Coordinator at a nursery school. Building on this foundation, she went on to establish and lead her own nursery school and day care for children aged 2 to 12, operating it successfully for eleven years alongside abacus and communicative English programmes for adult learners.

In the course of running her own institution, counselling became an integral part of her responsibilities. She regularly engaged with parents to address their concerns and expectations, while also working closely with students to understand their individual strengths, challenges, and learning needs. This experience cultivated a nuanced understanding of how to communicate effectively with both parents and children, and how to translate that understanding into sound, practical guidance.

This foundation now informs her current work as a Career Counsellor, where she specialises in guiding students from Class 8 to Class 12 through some of the most consequential decisions of their academic lives. Drawing on her extensive background in education and her long-standing experience in parent and student counselling, she approaches each engagement with clarity, empathy, and professional insight.

With a career spanning classrooms, entrepreneurship, and counselling, Sukla Ray Chaudhuri continues to bring the same dedication and rigour to her work today, helping students navigate their academic and personal development with confidence.
