"I am Mohideen Abdul Kamal, a dedicated teaching faculty member specializing in Marketing . With over 20+ years of experience working abroad in GCC countries, my career has revolved around teaching Business and Management courses, guiding students towards success.

Beyond teaching, I have actively engaged in admissions, training, and placement activities, taking immense pride in preparing students for the job market. By providing guidance, resources, and support for internships, job interviews, and career development, I equip students with the tools they need to thrive.

Throughout my journey, I have collaborated closely with companies to facilitate student recruitment, placement, and training. My aim is to connect students with industry opportunities that align with their aspirations, and witnessing them secure their dream jobs is a true fulfillment.

With an MBA in Marketing and Finance and an M.Phil. Degree in Management, my educational background serves as a solid foundation. I have contributed to the field through research focused on Services Marketing and Entrepreneurship, with some of my findings published in esteemed academic journals.

As an academic advisor, I have guided students through their academic journeys, offering support and helping them overcome challenges. Moreover, I have actively provided personalized career counseling, assisting students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
