Pallavi Bhaiya is a Civil Engineer and Interior Designer based in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India, who has transformed her personal journey as a parent into a powerful mission of guiding students and families toward academic excellence and global success.

Coming from a strong academic and professional background, and with her husband being an accomplished Architect, Pallavi has always valued structured thinking, planning, and creativity. However, her true calling emerged through her role as a deeply involved and visionary parent.

From 2018 onwards, she spent several years in Kota - India’s most competitive academic hub , to support her children’s education. This experience gave her unparalleled exposure to the realities of competitive exams, student psychology, effective study strategies, and the gaps that often exist in traditional guidance systems. During this period, she developed a sharp understanding of what truly works in building a successful academic journey.

Her parenting approach has led to extraordinary outcomes. Her son, Devesh Bhaiya, is currently studying at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a full scholarship. He has brought immense pride to the nation by winning two gold medals at the International Junior Science Olympiad and two gold medals at the International Chemistry Olympiad. He is also a recipient of the Bal Shakti Puraskar in the field of Scholastics - India’s highest civilian award for individuals under 18 - and secured an outstanding All India Rank 8 in JEE Advanced 2025.

Her daughter, Kalash Bhaiya, is pursuing her education at the globally renowned University of Toronto on a full scholarship, further reflecting Pallavi’s ability to nurture excellence across diverse academic paths.

Over the years, Pallavi has informally mentored and guided numerous students and parents, helping them make the right academic choices, avoid common mistakes, and build strong, future-ready profiles. Her clarity, dedication, and practical insights earned her immense respect, with many parents consistently encouraging her to formalize her guidance into a structured platform.

Answering this calling, she founded Aurea Edupath - a venture dedicated to educational parenting, career counselling, and holistic student development. Through this initiative, she aims to bridge the gap between ambition and direction, ensuring that every child receives the right guidance, environment, and strategy to achieve their highest potential.

Pallavi believes that success is not accidental , it is designed through the right combination of awareness, planning, consistency, and mentorship. Her mission is to empower parents to become strong pillars in their child’s journey and to help students unlock opportunities at the highest level, both in India and globally.
