My journey has never been limited to choosing a profession; it has always been about understanding people, emotions, and the silent battles individuals carry while trying to build a future for themselves. With a background in Journalism & Mass Communication from Amity University Lucknow, a Master’s in English Literature from University of Lucknow, and currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis International University, my academic and professional path has always revolved around communication, human behavior, creativity, and emotional understanding.

Literature became my first language of healing. Through poetry, storytelling, and reflective writing, I learned how deeply words can touch lives, especially during moments when people feel unheard or lost. My writing journey gradually transformed into a purpose-driven mission, leading me to publish works such as Unhooked Mindfulness Workbook, Kalyug Ki Sia, Words of Stars Anthology, Beats from Past Anthology, and Over My Spilled Coffee, I Spill My Beans. Over the years, my literary contributions were recognized with honors including the Golden Book of Authors Award (2025), Influential Women’s Writer of 2025, Pioneering Pen Award, Writer’s Elegance Award, Trailblazer Award, and the prestigious Rashtriya Ratna Award (2026).

However, behind every achievement was a deeply personal mental health journey that shaped the person I am today. Like many students and young professionals, I witnessed how confusion, societal pressure, emotional burnout, and career uncertainty silently affect mental well-being. This realization inspired me to bridge the gap between career guidance and emotional support. I understood that career decisions are never just academic choices; they are deeply connected to identity, confidence, self-worth, and psychological health. That understanding became the foundation of my work as a Mental Health and Career Counselor.

Over the last five years, I have dedicated myself to helping students and young individuals navigate career confusion, academic pressure, emotional struggles, and self-doubt with empathy and clarity. Through one-on-one counseling sessions, career exploration guidance, stream selection support, and mental health counseling, I strive to create safe spaces where individuals feel understood, empowered, and capable of making informed life decisions. My certifications in Career Counseling and Counseling Psychology further strengthened my ability to combine structured career planning with emotional wellness support.

Professionally, my experiences in research, digital marketing, communication strategy, and behavioral analysis have helped me develop a multidimensional perspective toward counseling and youth development. Whether working as a Research Analyst Intern at PitchMetric or contributing to communication strategies at NewDoorrr Real Estate, every experience taught me the importance of understanding people beyond data, resumes, or academic scores.

Today, I stand as someone who believes that guidance is not about imposing choices; it is about helping people discover themselves. My mission is to empower students and young professionals to build careers that align not only with market trends and opportunities but also with their emotional well-being, individuality, and purpose. I aspire to continue creating impact through counseling, writing, mental health advocacy, and youth empowerment—because sometimes, the right conversation at the right time can change an entire life trajectory.
