Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions a young person makes, yet many students and families feel uncertain about where to begin. My work as a career counsellor is to help bring clarity, direction, and confidence to that journey.

With over 39 years of experience in school education, I have spent my professional life working closely with students; as a teacher, school leader, and mentor. These decades in education have given me a deep understanding of how young minds think, learn, and struggle while making decisions about their future.

Throughout my career, I have guided thousands of students through critical academic and life choices. I have seen how confusion about careers can create anxiety for both students and parents. Thoughtful guidance, however, can help students recognise their strengths, understand their interests, and explore meaningful possibilities.

My approach to career counselling combines psychometric assessments, structured conversations, and reflective guidance. Rather than suggesting quick answers, I work with students to help them discover who they are, what they value, and where their abilities can take them.

Every student’s journey is unique. My goal is to help them move from confusion to clarity, and from uncertainty to informed decision-making.
