With over 31 years of experience in teaching and counseling, Elsie brings a unique blend of academic depth and intuitive insight. She holds degrees in Commerce, English, Psychology, Education and Business Management and is certified in therapies such as Reiki, Past Life Regression and Cognitive-Behavioral Counseling.

At Kintsugi Pathways, she offers career counselling, motivational workshops and emotional healing sessions—empowering individuals to discover their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs and make conscious life choices. Her mission is to help people live fulfilling lives—without regrets, with direction.
