I am a counsellor, educator, and former healthcare professional with over 27 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, and student development.

I began my career with a degree in Radiological Sciences and spent nearly 16 years working in leading hospitals. Starting as a fresh graduate, I progressed to become the Incharge  of the Radiology Department, where I led a multidisciplinary team, managed departmental operations, and ensured the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services.

My passion for supporting young people inspired me to transition into the field of counselling. I earned a Master's in Social Work (MSW), followed by an Advanced Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University), New Delhi.

For the past 11 years, I have been working with schools and colleges, helping students navigate emotional, behavioural, academic, and career-related challenges. I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy, and I provide evidence-based counselling tailored to the unique needs of children, adolescents, and young adults. My career guidance is grounded in scientifically validated psychometric assessments, enabling students to make informed academic and career decisions.

Across every stage of my professional journey, my goal has remained the same: to empower young people with the confidence, resilience, and clarity they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
