CA Intermediate

CA Intermediate is the next step after the foundation exam. It has two eligibility ways which allows both Foundation passouts and usual commerce graduates with good marks to enter. This plays one of the biggest roles before the two-year-long hands-on experience, so prepare well!

    • Students who passed the foundation exam.
    • Commerce students with a bachelor's degree and an aggregate mark of 55% or above.
    • Graduates from other streams with an aggregate mark of 60% or above.

CA Articleship Training

The CA articleship is the real deal that trains the future generations under a present CA professional. Before the new scheme, this training period lasted for 3 years. But now it has been reduced to just two years. Regardless, the education and hands-on experience that you will learn are still the same, and let us tell you it ain’t easy.

  • Eligibility: Clearing both groups of CA Intermediate
  • Duration: 2 Years
  • Purpose:
    • Practical exposure to accounting
    • Auditing
    • Taxation
  • Mandatory Training:
    • It also has two mandatory additional certification programs that must be cleared by the candidates.
    • Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS)
    • Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS)

CA Finals

CA Finals doesn’t have a big requirement. In fact, you can take it 6 months before your articleship ends. Still, that doesn’t mean it is an easy one. Most students opt-in after the articleship so they can study wholeheartedly. Anyways, CA Finals looks like this:

    • Must clear CA Intermediate.
    • Must clear the Articleship Training. (Can register before)
    • Must complete the additional programs. (AICITSS & ICITSS)

        • Advanced Financial Management

CA Finals is the final boss in this journey, and once conquered, you are awarded the golden opportunity of being a member of the ICAI, and finally, call yourself a CA professional. But the journey isn’t over yet, and it has only just begun.
