Prof. Dr. Sasikumaran S, is the former Professor and Chairman of the department of computer engineering of King Khalid university, Ministry of education, Saudi Arabia and the former member of board of governors of Sri Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering(SCTCE), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He is PhD Supervisor, at the Faculty of Computer Science and Multimedia, Lincoln University, Malaysia. He is also the Former chairman of CSI, Trivandrum Chapter.He is currently CEO of his company offering training courses in AI&Data Science,Cyber security and Japanese language profficency.He is also part of a national network company sending students abroad for UG/PG courses and MBBS.He is also an international certified career planner for career counseling.

Dr. Sasikumaran received BSc(Engg) & MSc(Engg) degrees in Electrical Engineering from Kerala University and PhD in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (India). He has 45+ years of experience in teaching, research, educational administration & quality and accreditation and Skilling in AVGC technologies. He is also familiar with international education systems for university collaborations. He started his career as Assistant Professor in NIT Calicut, Reader & Founder Head of IT department , CUSAT and Professor (Computer applications) at the Institute of management (IMG),Government of Kerala, Trivandrum. He has 16+ years of international experience as professor in computer science in universities (Private & Public) such as Multimedia University (Malaysia), Philadelphia University (Jordan) and King Khalid University(Saudi Arabia).He had started the first BTech degree course in Information Technology (IT) @CUSAT in 1993 and First Bsc degree in computer engineering @King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia in 2007 & served as the founder chairman of Computer Engineering Department. He has been experienced with accreditation activities of NBA (India) & ABET (USA).He is also currently associated with TASA GLOBAL , Mumbai for international university collaborations at UG & PG in engineering & MBA. He has 35 publications in Indian and International Journals and Conferences to his credit.3 students have completed PHD under his guidance

He is a Senior Member of IEEE, Life Member & Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India) and Life member of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
